All shipments made by AQUABATH.pl are carefully prepared. We precisely secure each product with protecting profiles, bubble foil and fill the whole package with flow pack.
We put special care to transport, therefore in the whole country glass shipments are made by reliable logistic company DHL Express and the rest of the shipments are made by Polish Post or by DHL Express.
Quality level of delivery is confirmed by the fact that DHL as the only courier company sends shipments to the places where the customer actually is during the day. In addition our shipments are marked as parcels of special content. (concerns glass).

99% security
Transport damages make less than 1% of total shipments. The rest 99% stands for certainty that the shipment will be delivered.If it happens that anything has been damaged, we will send you the missing element at the company’s cost.
„Trust means control”
In order to ensure maximum safety of delivery we kindly ask to check the content of the parcel in the moment of reception in courier’s presence – those are the conditions of parcel’s insurance. If it turns out that any of the elements has been damaged, the courier is obliged to make damage certificate.
We kindly ask to inform us about that fact and to send us the original of damage certificate.
The condition to deliver again the elements damaged in the transport is to make damage certificate and send the original to us.

In the title of the transfer please give your name, surname or the name of the company and order number. In order to hasten realization of order, you can send email with the confirmation of money transfer.

In this case you pay to the messenger in the moment of delivery.There is also a possibility to send smaller objects (up to 0,6 kg) with the registered priority letter (bubble envelope) after payment to the bank account. The cost of the letter is 7 zl. In such case please make a note at the order (we will check if your order can be packed in the envelope) and the shipment costs will be respectively reduced.
The above price list concerns shipments up to 5 kg for Polish Post and 10 kg for courier. Parcels which are heavier require additional charge: for Polish Post it is 2 zl for each additional kilogram (above 5 kg) and for courier it is 30 zl for shipment between 10 – 35 kg. The shipment’s cost is calculated to have the best possible price for the customer.

Time of realization of order, receiving the parcel

Time of realization of the parcel = time of realization + time of delivery
You will receive information via email if time of processing the order is longer than three days.
Time of delivery depends on the chosen transport form: in case of Polis Post it is 1-2 working days, in case of Courier Company it is next working day after the parcel is shipped from the magazine.
In case of bank transfer, time of realization is extended for the time of record the transfer on our bank account.
Attention: time of order processing and delivery does not concern Saturdays and Sundays and bank holidays.
You will be informed about the current status of your order via email.
In case of orders send abroad, time of delivery is about 7 days.
